Breath Hold Timer
Most freedivers are probably curious about their breath hold capabilities. Measuring your maximum static breath hold is one way to track your progress. It can be also used as a reference when putting together you training plan, e.g. as a rough starting point for your CO2 or O2 tables.
General Guidelines
- Test your maximum breath hold every 1-2 months.
- Before going for the maximum attempt, you can do a "warm-up" breath hold.
- E.g. a nice and easy breath hold until the first contractions or whenever it starts to get uncomfortable.
You can use space key to start and stop the timer.
